Health Risk Assessments

What is a Health Risk Assessment?

Health Risk Assessments are a fundamental legal requirement for businesses. Employers must assess all potentially harmful work activities and decide whether they are doing enough to meet their legal obligations. This is just a minimum requirement – if it is reasonably practicable to do so, employers should consider doing more than the legal minimum. It is a generally recommended that such assessments should be reviewed annually.
